All things X

Last night I played MCP 😁 My “All things X” list (can pivot to X-Men, X-Force and Weapon X affiliations) Vs my friends Cabal.

• X-23 (Weapon X Affiliation leader)
• Honey Badger
• Deadpool
• Domino
• Storm
• Magic
• Red Skull (Cabal Affiliation Leader)
• Baron Zemo
• Doc Ock
• Crossbones
• Venom

Missions were Cosmic Cube Fragments and Serum Cannisters, with victory coming to X at the end of turn 5!

Magik Vs Crossbones seemed a pivotal point of the battle, but my opponent was eager to activate Venom to try (and fail) to kill Storm, before she could finish him. As it was, Magik activated first, and defeated Crossbones to hold her two cube fragments and secure a canister. Had Crossbones activated first, she would have died, and scores would be equal for the final turn with it all to play for.

Venom was a thorn in my side the whole game, with his self-heal abilities keeping him a threat throughout!

MVP(s) for me, goes to Honey Badger and X-23 making very short work of Doc Ock in a tag team, when he tried to stay at the backline to secure a canister on the opponent’s side of the table.
